What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, plus Mobile Money (Airtel Money, M-Pesa, Orange Money, and more). We're adding more local payment methods as we expand.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter plan on both hosting and app deployment comes with a one-month free trial. No commitment — cancel any time.
Are my sites backed up?
Yes — we run regular backups for managed hosting and WordPress. You can also trigger a manual backup from your dashboard.
Can I migrate an existing site?
Yes. For WordPress, you can import your site from your dashboard. For an assisted migration, our team will help over email or WhatsApp.
Which languages and frameworks do you support?
For app deployments we support Node.js, Next.js, and anything that runs with a standard Buildpack via Git push. WordPress is fully managed on the shared hosting side.
Do I actually own the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name. You can transfer it to another registrar whenever you want.
